Intelligent Glue Filling Production Line

. Kaihui's intelligent glue filling production line is specially customized for control panels in the home appliance industry. The line includes a lifting table, a three-in-one transfer machine, a preheating furnace, a visual camera, a glue filling machine, a curing oven, and a return line; PC +PLC controls the entire line, humanized operation interface, and fully intelligent production, providing customers with a complete set of automation solutions.

. The equipment realizes functions such as automatic product model identification, automatic glue filling, automatic drying, and automatic reflow of tooling.

. The production line has a preset MES interface to facilitate connection with the system and upload data. The data covers production quantity, equipment abnormality, abnormal time and other data; the entire line is equipped with two sets of imaging systems, and the front-end camera automatically identifies the product type and automatically calls out the glue filling. Program, enter the glue filling area to take photos in the later stage, automatically identify the glue filling path and perform fully automatic glue filling. The products are automatically dried and the tooling is automatically reflowed without manual intervention, thus achieving intelligent production.
