On December 4, 2024, the Indonesia International Industrial Manufacturing Exhibition was grandly opened at the Jakarta International Convention and Exhibition Center. Online robot screw locking machine

The four-axis online screw locking machine integrates three major systems: robot, vision system, and screw locking. It can take photos and locate electronic products online. It can run alone or in conjunction with multiple machines. It is fast and efficient, and can lock 20-25 screws per minute.

Accessory material placement machine

The auxiliary material placement machine was born to solve the labeling workstations of large notebook, mobile phone and automobile factories. It replaces the traditional labeling machine. The Feeder adopts a modular design. The product can achieve seamless switching, is suitable for mixed-line production, and meets the auxiliary material placement work of intelligent production.

Palletizing Robot & AGV

Palletizing robot is an industrial robot used for automated material stacking and handling. It can be widely used in lithium battery, logistics, general industrial large load handling, palletizing and other applications to improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs.

Lifting AGV: supports multi-machine scheduling; has lifting function, can autonomously identify shelves, perform lifting and placing operations, and realize unmanned material handling; supports rapid docking of MES, BP, and WMS systems, and supports the production system to issue tasks to robots.

Forklift-type AGV: It has stronger autonomy and adaptability, and has a new AI large model "voice interaction" function. It can assist vehicle decision support through human-computer dialogue, provide operators with intelligent diagnosis, intelligent prediction and database operation and maintenance services, and enable the manufacturing industry to achieve all-round intelligent upgrades from production logistics to management decision-making.
