02. Fully Automatic Intelligent Assembly Machine
"Multiple processes联动 completed in a single device": Without the need for manual intervention or multiple equipment connections, it utilizes four axes to achieve full-process automation including "automatically grabbing the workpiece → precise assembly positioning → screw locking and fixing". Simultaneously, its floor-standing structure meets the load-bearing requirements for medium to large workpieces and adapts to continuous production lines. Its application scenarios revolve around manufacturing links that require "integration of multiple processes, medium to high batch sizes, and workpieces requiring both assembly and locking needs", covering core production scenarios across multiple industries. Examples include: grabbing, assembling, and locking hinges, speakers, batteries, etc., in the laptop industry; assembly and locking of core components in white goods; assembly and locking of industrial equipment components; and assembly and locking of components in medical and new energy equipment.
03. Core Components
The supporting intelligent electric screwdriver enables real-time torque monitoring, preventing potential locking issues. The fully automatic feeder ensures the orderly supply of materials like screws and nuts, effectively reducing jamming and downtime, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of the production line.
04. Customized Production Lines & High-Precision Machined Parts
The exhibited flexible conveyor lines can be flexibly combined according to factory layouts and are compatible with products of different specifications. As the "core skeleton" of automation equipment, the machined parts independently produced by Kaihui employ CNC precision machining processes, offering wear resistance and strong stability.
