I. Visual Inspection Report: The Product's "Health Certificate"

On Kaihui's smart hardware production line, every product receives a detailed "health certificate"—the visual inspection report—before leaving the factory. This report serves as the product's quality record, documenting three key pieces of information:

Basic Information: Includes product model (e.g., KH-WB2023), production batch, inspection date, etc.

Quality Status: Uses a "Red-Yellow-Green" labeling system:

Green: Fully compliant

Yellow: Minor defects, acceptable with concessions

Red: Critical defects requiring rework

Action Plan: Clearly specifies rework procedures or scrapping processes

For example, the latest batch of smartwatches showed 98.6% receiving green labels, with issues mainly focused on strap buckle assembly gaps. This data is synced to the cloud and stored for at least five years.

II. Visual Inspection Standards: The "Ruler" of Quality

Kaihui's quality standards can be summarized by "Three Dimensions of Precision":

Dimensional Accuracy:

Class A Surfaces (e.g., display): ≤0.05mm defects allowed

Class B Surfaces (e.g., back cover): ≤0.1mm defects allowed

(Equivalent to flaws only visible under magnification)

Color Accuracy:

ΔE ≤1.0 requirement

(Indistinguishable to the naked eye)

Durability Standards:

Metal components must pass a 5H pencil hardness test

Plastic parts must withstand 50kg compression tests

These standards are updated annually based on customer feedback. For instance, USB port plug/unplug cycles were upgraded from 1,000 to 1,500 this year.

III. Visual Inspection Process: Triple-Layer "Filtration"

Kaihui's inspection workflow functions like three precision filters:

Automated Preliminary Inspection:

High-speed camera screening

60 units/minute throughput

99.2% defect detection rate

Manual Re-inspection:

Certified inspectors use 10x magnifiers

20 critical checkpoints examined

~30 seconds per unit

Final Sampling Inspection:

Executed per AQL 1.5 standards

125 random samples per batch

Includes 2-hour destructive testing

IV. Visual Inspection Zone: High-Tech "Clinic"

Kaihui's inspection area resembles a modern diagnostic lab:

Smart Lighting System:

Adjustable-color LED (3000K-6500K)

Auto-maintained at 1000±50 Lux

Simulates real-world lighting conditions

Multi-function Workstations:

Anti-glare matte black surfaces

Built-in digital scales & thickness gauges

360° rotatable sample fixtures

Digital Inspection Equipment:

20MP industrial cameras

100x digital microscopes

Real-time data acquisition systems

These tools deliver 30% higher precision than industry norms. For example, the new 3D scanner completes full-surface modeling in 10 seconds.

Future Outlook: AI-assisted inspection systems under testing show 40% efficiency gains and 15% lower false-rejection rates. Yet no matter how technology evolves, Kaihui's "Quality First" philosophy remains unchanged.
